We bought our climbing frame in 2019. Now some of the smaller wooden parts are broken. I inquired whether they could be purchased individually. Not only can I pick them up immediately, but I'm getting them free of charge even though the warranty has expired. We've had a very positive experience with the supplier in every respect. :-)
